As a member of our research team, you'll conduct innovative studies that have the power to improve the health of our members and communities. Focused on areas like public-sector health services, epidemiology, and behavioral and clinical research, the work you do will ultimately allow us to improve the cost effectiveness and quality of the care we deliver—all while saving lives.

Recognized worldwide for their scientific expertise, our researchers collect data on a wide range of topics, including cardiovascular disease, cancer, diabetes, substance abuse, mental health, maternal and child health, women's health, drug safety, studies of the impact of changing health care policy and practice, health and health care disparities, and genetic influences on health and illness.

With a staff of more than 450, a budget of $72 million, and hundreds of projects under way at any given time, our research program is one of the largest and most respected in the industry.
