The state's largest nonprofit health plan, Kaiser Permanente Colorado has proudly served residents of Denver, Boulder, and southern Colorado for more than 40 years, providing comprehensive health care services to more than 535,000 members through 21 medical offices and a network of affiliated hospitals and physicians.

The health plan was named "Highest in Member Satisfaction" among Commercial Health Plans by J.D. Power and Associates for the third straight year and was recently recognized by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) as the No. 1-ranked private health plan in Colorado, and both the No. 6-ranked private health plan and the No. 3-ranked Medicare plan in the nation. Out of the 40 "effectiveness-of-care" measures used as the basis for these ratings, Kaiser Permanente Colorado received Top-10 rankings in 36 categories.

On a national scale, Kaiser Permanente was impressively ranked #1 on DiversityInc.'s 2011 list of the nation's Top 50 Companies for Diversity.
