Commonly referred to as Program Offices, our corporate division is the administrative and business services organization within Kaiser Permanente. With positions located in Oakland, California, and across the country, Corporate includes the Kaiser Permanente national leadership team, as well as staff and program leads who support our regions in a variety of business areas, including quality, finance, brand management, communications, government relations, community benefit, compliance, human resources, health plan operations, hospital operations, legal, and technology. Corporate also supports programs such as our Community Benefit efforts and the Care Management Institute, which synthesizes research and clinical knowledge collected across the organization in order to more effectively manage care.
Corporate fills a crucial role, coordinating and providing critical services and support to our medical centers in order to facilitate the care process. Together, we design the technologies, create the systems, orchestrate the resources, set the policies, and deliver the innovative strategies needed to help Kaiser Permanente save lives and improve the well-being of our members and communities. And it takes every type of person—in every conceivable role—to maintain, support, and grow our mission.
