Location Details for Salmon Creek Medical Office

Salmon Creek Medical Office 14406 NE 20th Ave. Vancouver, Washington 98686

All-inclusive service within one facility—that’s what Salmon Creek Medical Office offers members and employees. With primary and specialty clinics all under one roof, the facility is unique in more ways than one. For example, in 1997, it opened the Salmon Creek Poison Control Garden; designed as a community service project, the garden educates the public about how to prevent accidental plant poisonings.

With its natural pond, native trees, and surrounding wildlife, it’s sometimes hard to believe the campus is just a short distance from shopping and restaurants. Built in 1996, the facility received new carpeting and low-VOC paint in 2008 and is fully equipped with KP HealthConnect®, Kaiser Permanente’s electronic medical record system.

Parking is free and available to both employees and members.

Accessible by public transportation?
Yes, accessible by C-Tran bus.
