Overview: Kaiser Permanente is the largest nonprofit health plan in the nation, serving the needs of over 9 million members—almost 3.5 million of whom are right here in Southern California, making us the largest health plan in the region as well. More than 6,441 physicians, 13,667 nurses, and 55,966 technical, administrative, and clerical employees and caregivers provide care at 14 medical centers and 198 medical offices throughout Southern California, from Kern to San Diego counties.
Supporting every aspect of the member experience from a corporate perspective, those who work at our regional offices directly affect the delivery of quality care. Offering a variety of roles ranging from human resources and sales and marketing to compliance and membership services and everything in between, the work you do here supports the business of health here in Southern California.
Positions offered at the Southern California Regional Offices vary from local to regional responsibilities. Those operating on a regional level have a broad impact—influencing facilities across the region on a daily basis. Some positions that support local medical centers may exist directly on individual facility campuses and act as a liaison between the local and regional levels.
Commonly referred to as Walnut Center, our regional offices are located in the heart of Pasadena, close to shops, restaurants, museums, galleries, and entertainment. Pasadena is also home to Kaiser Permanente’s Research and Development Department, located just a few blocks south of Walnut Center.
If you like working in a fast-paced corporate environment where your work affects the business of health, join us.
