The B2B copywriter at Kaiser Permanente will develop content that drives growth and customer engagement. 

In this role, you’ll create materials that will help brokers and employer groups improve the health of their business and employees.  You will also write engaging short-form and long-form B2B copy in support of various lines of business, products, audiences, channels, and formats – including web, email, social media, sales materials, and presentations. 

The ability to translate complex ideas into easy-to-understand copy that aligns with our brand voice, style, and accessibility guidelines is vital for this position.

This role coordinates daily with other creatives and cross-functional project stakeholders to ensure timely and seamless completion of all tasks.

Hybrid remote/in-office working model; proximity to the Burbank, CA office preferred. Other locations may be considered.

Essential Functions:

• Works on assignments of moderate scope.

• Analysis of situations or Data requires a review of a variety of factors.

• Work requires moderate planning and scheduling.

• Works closely with team members to execute against developed strategies, creative briefs, product and program plans, expectations and goals to ensure that deliverables achieve the desired results.

• Executes successful concepts for projects in a quietly, timely and cost-effective manner.

• Ensures the proper application of the Kaiser Permanente Style Guides, Brand Standards, Design Patterns and interaction designs across the enterprises' properties.

• Develops breakthrough designs to solve for components.

• Prioritizes assignments and ensures deadlines are met to deliver all projects in accordance with project timelines and overall initiative strategy.

• Supports projects with high-quality designs and speed-to-market, error-free execution.

• Balances data, logic and intuition in decision making.

• Balances creative and technical considerations in developing solutions for the Web space.

• Makes timely decisions.

• Generates pragmatic, sensible and simple solutions to complex problems.

• Moves quickly to eliminate roadblocks.

• Medium job complexity.

Basic Qualifications:

- Minimum one (1) year of work experience.
- Bachelor's degree in related field, OR four (4) years of experience in a directly related field.
- High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required.

Additional Requirements:
- Substantial experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & Publisher applications.
- Some knowledge of policies, practices and systems.
- Limited use and/or application of basic principles, theories, and concepts.
- Limited knowledge of industry practices and standards.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and eighteen (18) months or more of work experience.
