The Business Process Automation (BPA) team drives operational efficiency by leveraging intelligent information technology and the latest automation solutions like Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UI Path, IP Soft, Resolve, Fix Stream, etc.to automate and reduce manual processes across the organization. The BPA Business Analyst Senior will be responsible for analyzing processes and data to identify business process automation opportunities. This includes managing the intake and discovery process of new opportunities, documenting processes, identifying unique steps and data sources to accomplish automation, developing business cases, collecting business requirements, evaluating the feasibility of business process automation, testing and validating BPA, identifying process optimization opportunities, evaluating and optimizing the outcomes of business process automation solutions (i.e. business value realization) and developing business cases.
As a Rapid Process Automation (RPA) Designer, you will be focused on rapidly developing process automation workflows based on a data driven analysis of opportunities and in collaboration and partnership with other technical and business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
Your role will be to improve -Quality- and -Productivity- through the automation or partial automation of manual, repetitive operational and support processes, freeing technical resources to handle high value and/or complex critical objectives.
In the position of Rapid Process Automation Designer you may utilize technologies and processes that may include:
- Using IPSoft, Resolve, UIPath, Automation Anywhere, BluePrism
- Implementing SDLC best practices and Agile methodologies
