This position of Lead User Experience
Architect is in the Enterprise Architecture department within Kaiser Permanente-s
KP Digital organization. This position will be responsible for defining
consumable and actionable strategies and architectures for user experience.
The position involves deep knowledge
of user experience architecture and design, including journey maps, UX design,
wireframing, etc. It also involves extensive technology architecture
knowledge in terms of translating and mapping the experience architecture to
required technologies used to realize the experiences.Product management experience is essential
for defining and evolving experience product roadmaps. The position requires
strong visual, verbal and written communication skills, user and stakeholder
engagement, strategic thinking, and influencing skills.
This senior level individual contributor is primarily responsible for managing the development of the IT strategic technology direction, as well as for executing the architecture process for technology solutions with guidance from senior architects. This contributor should fully understand the EA mission.
