Description:


Supports the Data Control Center (DCC) & the Data Processing (DP) area within B2P - Pay Operations. This role will have oversight of the Data Control Center (DCC) & Data Processing of a high-volume area within Pay Ops; both in terms of volumes and represented labor in NCAL, SCAL and has extended support/oversight of NW.  This role is responsible for the DCC department by ensuring all manual incoming invoices are sorted, batched and scanned; in addition to making sure all inbound emails containing invoices are timely ingested into our workflow. In addition, it is responsible for the Data Entry (DP) to ensure that PO, Non-PO & check requests are accurately and timely processed for payment to our vendors. 


Responsible for the recording of daily transactions relating to cash transactions, accounts payable transactions, payroll transactions and premium and claims transactions, for the completion of accurate and timely accounting records and for the production of financial and regulatory reports, based on those records. Other responsibilities include performing account analysis, preparing account reconciliations, preparing accounting statements and reports, and coordination and management of account reporting and filings. Plans, coordinates and resolves accounting matters with other Accounting members, departments, locations and divisions. Accounting policies and procedures are established to ensure that all financial transactions are executed and documented in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. Findings and recommendations are presented to senior management.

- Receives assignments as objectives and determines how to use resources to meet these goals and schedules.
- Requires significant planning and direction setting to coordinate with other divisions or resources.
- Recommends changes to policies and establishes procedures that affect the immediate function.
- Monitors projects to ensure completion on schedule and within budget.


Basic Qualifications:
Experience
- Minimum two (2) years of management experience.
- Minimum five (5) years of related experience.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in related field, OR four (4) years of experience in a directly related field.
- High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required.
License, Certification, Registration
- N/A
 
Additional Requirements:
- Requires full knowledge of own area of functional responsibility and working knowledge of another function.
- Must be able to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.
