Essential Responsibilities:
- Serves as a facilitator not only within a squad but with various stakeholder groups within the organization.
- Understands and helps coordinate inter-squad and external dependencies, as applicable.
- Collaborates with operations teams and regions to support regional adoption; leads trainings to build readiness for Production Support and Operational Readiness teams.
- Provides an end-to-end/holistic view of how specific business/clinical processes and internal system configurations impact that experience.
- Minimum eight (8) years of relevant experience, including four (4) years of management experience required.
- Bachelors degree in related field required. Additional equivalent work experience in a directly related field may be substituted for the degree requirement.
- High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required.

- Experience creating product roadmaps from ideation to launch, defining product vision and go-to-market.
- Experience working in a cross-functional, matrix environment at an enterprise-size company.
- Experience working with agile teams, including familiarity with scrum ceremonies and agile best practices.
- Experience participating in user research activities, performing product discovery, and building a vision for short-term and long-term product strategy.
- Ability to handle ambiguity well, not always having clearly defined customer problems to solve and needing to identify these problems and objectives through product discovery.
- Ability to navigate and self-serve in Adobe Analytics or a similar analytics tool.
- Ability to develop solutions for complex problems even when all the necessary data is not readily available.

- Ability to use quantitative and qualitative feedback to form insights that drive actions.
- Effective communication skills, from translating requirements to engineers to presenting a product pitch to C-level.
- Knowledge of markets, competitive landscape, and related dynamics.

- Organizational and leadership abilities to manage, influence, negotiate and drive results.
- Strong customer-facing communication skills and technical aptitude.
- Ability to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.
- Ten (10) or more years of relevant work experience preferred.
- Experience working in the health care industry preferred.
- Masters degree preferred.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) preferred.
- Pragmatic Product School, or similar Product Management Certification preferred.
- Experience with the following preferred: Multifactor authentification, Digital identity, Single Secure Sign-on, Preferences
