As a Sr. Director of Interactive Design, within KP Digital, you will have the opportunity to drive the digital user experience and positively impact tens of millions of lives. You will be at the forefront of bringing our digital experience to life. You will create compelling experiences, serving as the subject matter expert on human centered design and design thinking methods. You will also be responsible for leading a team of designers, content writers, and content producers, hiring and cultivating design talent.
A key aspect of this position will be your partnership and collaboration with key partners/leadership within the organization such as care delivery and business operations as well as product and engineering partners. Therefore, you will need to have strong business and leadership skills, an understanding of the technology to understand what is possible, and instinct into how trends will affect consumers expectations and behaviors in the future.
- Develops scope of work for team, sequencing,defining value proposition,setting strategic direction & priorities for the team.
- Partners with more senior Health Plan Leadership to interpret, analyze and address key business issues and questions.
- Develop and monitor organization/business performance metrics and act when needed.
- Set policies to achieve customer and KP goals.
- Set direction on continuous quality improvement programs.
