Program/Project Manager, you will manage multiple projects and ensure all
assigned project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and with
required level of quality. As part of the team, you will define integrated
work plan, execute projects based on the work plan, establish appropriate
project controls and lead release management activities. Release management
function include managing environmental setup, CRQs, code migration across
environments, release notes, final Business validation, production deployment,
cut night activities and providing post production support for initial days. You
will also work extensively with the vendors to manage their expectations, act
as liaison between vendor and KP teams, track vendor deliverables and ensure
that vendor deliverables are on track and meeting required level of quality.

that include: Genesys IVR, IR, Aspect, NICE, Intradiem, Cisco, etc.
This senior level employee is primarily responsible for leading project teams, staying on budget, identifying risks and issues, and leading on departmental or cross-functional teams.
