Corporate Services deliver the information technology that supports key national functions including HR, Finance, Revenue Management, Legal, Compliance, Community Benefit, Shared Services, the Chief Data Office, Analytics, and IT Mergers and Acquisitions areas.

Intern Project

Using statistical techniques create a rich pipeline to understand the distribution and biases inherent in the data. Apply Computational and inferential techniques to extract knowledge from structured (tabular) and unstructured (video, voice, medical images) data.

Desired Skillset: Passion for Blockchain, strong programming skills in python, data science terminology and already experience working in machine learning and AI. Experience working with two or more of the following: Distributed systems; networked systems. Operating systems; kernel/firmware. Web/mobile application development. Machine learning systems. Security and/or applied cryptography. Experience with Rust, Go, JavaScript, and/or Solidity. Familiarity with existing dApp standards (e.g. Web3) and tools (e.g. Solidity/Truffle/MetaMask). Experience with Ethereum

We are looking for Interns who have the following experience

building statistical models, Regression and classification, Data mining & pattern identification,

- Strong programming skills in python, data science terminology and already experience working in machine learning and AI.

- Ability to interact with senior level leaders and work with senior executives.

- High level of confidentiality and demonstrated ability to maintain sensitive information in strictest confidence and able to maintain confidentiality in all business matters.

- Ability to work independently using good judgment.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills in order to effectively explain detailed information.

- Advanced analytical and data skills with the ability to grasp new concepts, approaches and systems and uses information to make decisions.

- Creative mindset to brainstorm with and develop suggestions and new ideas.

- Knowledge within the healthcare and technology industry.

- Self-motivated with exceptional organizational skills.

Essential Functions:
- Contributing to a designated project or initiative to meet a KP business objective.
- Report development and analytics.
- Project management - planning, execution, and measurement.
- Learning new applications needed to complete assignments or support the execution of business objectives.
- Job shadowing in other functional areas.
- Performing additional duties as required.

- High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required.
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree or have graduated with a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university within the last year.
License, Certification, Registration

Additional Requirements:
- Aptitude to perform data and process analytics and formulating solutions
- Proven ability to build effective working relationships as well as strong interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

- 3.0 GPA or above

- Ability to learn quickly and experience producing high quality work in short periods of time.
