The KPD Experimentation team is responsible for executing evidence-based customer centric controlled experiments (A/B tests) on KP.org and the mobile app that improve the KP member experience (customer) and drive product learnings and business outcomes (OKRs). We are also responsible for creating a culture of experimentation at Kaiser by enabling, equipping and empowering KP product teams to self-serve the rapid execution of their own experiments through a center of excellence covering platforms, best practices, processes, and governance.
Intern Project(s):
- Provide new test ideas (hypothesis) for new user experiences based on data and research
- Research industry and competitor best practices on product and user digital experience
- Support program management including managing and updating our center of excellence and learnings library on confluence
- Help project manage an experiment end-to-end across different stakeholder teams
- Do digital analytics reporting in Adobe Analytics

- Proven ability to build effective working relationships as well as strong interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- 3.0 GPA or above
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and experience producing high quality work in short periods of time.
