As a (Sr IT Consultant - IT Asset Manager), you will participate in daily operational and process support activities necessary for the management of over 18 million IT hardware and software assets within Kaiser Permanente. Your responsibilities include maintaining enterprise-wide processes, data, and tools such as MicroFocus Asset Manager, ServiceNow, and AMI AssetTrack, that enable our customers, stakeholders, and vendors to accurately track and manage the assets throughout the lifecycle. Additionally, you will support inventory management, license management, forecasting, and financial reporting required to strengthen adherence to Kaiser Permanente-s compliance, and cybersecurity policies. You may also be required to support/lead cross-organizational and/or cross-divisional IT task forces to identify and document functional requirements, workflow, information sources, and system specifications to drive process improvement/remediation efforts.
