Analyst Business Operations Jr

Description:

Supports the Centralized Business Operations Support (CBOS) Analyst team by performing tasks, such as, but not limited to, simple Epic updates (patterns, smartphrases), procedure maintenance in Contribute and SharePoint, testing, requesting enhancements to systems and tools, and project support. Monitors team intake tools to route questions and requests to the appropriate subject matter expert. Maintains SharePoint and other tools owned by CBOS. Coordinates training sessions related to project work and provides some training to end users.


Essential Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with Business Operations Analysts to coordinate testing, update tools and resources, prepare training materials, and other tasks as assigned.

  • Maintains team tools and SharePoint sites, ensuring up-to-date information.

  • Monitors team intake tools such as team email box, support SharePoint, and others, to disperse to the appropriate subject matter expert

  • Processes simple updates in Epic (i.e. new or modified patterns, smartphrases, etc.).

  • Provides project support and documentation for various size projects.

  • Supports meeting and design session preparation, execution, and follow up.

  • Basic Qualifications:

    Experience

  • Minimum two (2) years of health care business operations, business process, or administrative experience.

  • Education

  • Associate's degree OR two (2) years of directly related experience

  • High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required

  • License, Certification, Registration

  • N/A


  • Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to multi-task, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently on diverse assignments, using discretion and professionalism.

  • Knowledge of project management methodology.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Strong organizational skills; detail oriented, with problem solving skills.


  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Two (2) years of experience in project management support

  • Bachelor's degree OR four (4) years of directly related experience

  • Epic Cadence/Prelude knowledge
