The role of an EpicCare Ambulatory Analyst may not vary too much by organization, but what can be different is the culture of the team you are a part of and the flexibility and variety of work you get to contribute to. As a member of the Epic Clinical Application team at Kaiser Permanente Washington, this role will be able to bring skills and experience to the table that help to inform strategy and best practices. The team supports each other by consulting on solutions, sharing knowledge, and stepping in when help is needed. We have a strong work/life balance because we believe productivity comes from a team that is refreshed and ready to engage. Though our work is almost entirely virtual, the team has been refining their collaboration tools over the years and is not new to the remote work life. We are looking to expand our team with someone who enjoys continual growth, tackling new challenges, and stretching themselves into new spaces; then bringing that knowledge back to the team to share and educate. Our focus, as a mature Epic deployment of 17 years, is on optimizing our tools to provide better patient care while also optimizing the way we work together to achieve high quality, efficient, and sustainable solutions.
