Description:
The Program Manager is responsible for leading a range of process improvement and process management activities. Activities are undertaken and executed in support of organizational goals and are accountable for providing business process solutions to meet internal and external customer expectations. May utilize Lean/Six Sigma processes and concepts to lead process improvement initiatives. Partners with management, project champions, and process owners to execute the project and deliver results. Additional duties include attending meetings on the MSBD VP’s behalf and leading MSBD VP initiatives, leading and implementing various strategic planning processes across MSBD and providing MSBD leaders with important company information to prepare them for upcoming meetings or presentations.




Job Summary:


The Program Manager is responsible for supporting the Sr. Director, Sales Operations and MSBD Leadership Team for implementing and maintaining the strategic initiatives and the technical and reporting requirements of the Marketing, Sales & Business Development(MSBD) department.





Essential Responsibilities:



  • Supports the Sr. Director, Sales Operations and leadership within the MSBD department in the delivery of special projects that are determined to be integral to the efficiency of the marketing, sales and account management departments, and, by extension, integral to achieving annual membership, revenue and margin objectives.

  • Concurrently track and identify process delays or breakdowns and instigate immediate corrective actions.

  • Facilitates cross-functional (sales, underwriting, membership accounting, PPMC, Sales Operations, legal, etc.) communication, project coordination and commitment of achieving renewal process targets.

  • Facilitate process improvement initiatives that improve the overall function of the sales, account management and underwriting departments within MSBD.

  • Advises management of trends, issues, and conditions nationally and within the local markets as appropriate.

  • Supports Account Management team in the overall implementation or renewal process, including Research, presentation, preparation, reporting and training coordination.

  • Proactively communicates to renewal process participants the projected workloads and timelines/targets for the renewal process.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.


Basic Qualifications:
Experience


  • Minimum six (6) years of project management or customer service experience required

Education

  • Bachelors Degree OR (4) years of directly related experience required.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
License, Certification, Registration
  • N/A

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.
  • Demonstrated devotion to detail and follow-up is required.
  • Demonstrated systems thinking with ability to approach work as part of an interconnected system in which change to one part of the organization produces change and impact within the whole structure is required.
