Arial>Our Capitol Hill Outpatient Surgery Center is looking for an RN
with at least one year of OR experience to join our team in a fast paced
surgery center where the surgical team works together to provide the best
surgical experience for our patients.


Arial>Our ideal candidate will be able to scrub and circulate for a complexity
of surgical cases in a fast paced environment.

the nursing care of patients in the operating room undergoing surgical or other
invasive procedures.

mso-bidi-font-family:Arial>Develops, coordinates, and implements a plan of
care that is patient and outcome focused.

team and is based on patient assessment, knowledge of the procedure and
anesthetic plan, physician orders and preferences, application of relevant
policies and procedures, and AORN guidelines.

mso-bidi-font-family:Arial>Provides leadership direction and clinical
supervision to the surgical technologists, patient care technicians, and other
non-licensed staff on the healthcare team.

Basic Qualifications:


  • Minimum one (1) year of nursing experience in a related specialty field. Experience requirements may vary based on specialty area.

  • Education

  • Associate's degree in nursing from an accredited program.

  • License, Certification, Registration

  • Active, unencumbered Washington State RN License by date of hire/transfer. Additional minimal license/certification requirements.

  • Additional Requirements:

  • Effective communication, problem-solving, leadership and decision-making skills. Additional knowledge and skills may be required, based on specialty area.

  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 year of recent Adult and Pediatric OR experience

  • CNOR certification
