As a member of this team, you'll develop and implement action plans and initiatives that drive successful practices. You'll also provide the monitoring and reporting mechanisms to measure improvement across the board. Working on a regional and national level, you'll promote interregional education, communication, and innovation and ensure that Kaiser Permanente operates as one entity—adhering to the same mission, goals, and commitments.
