Basic Qualifications:

Experience

Minimum two (2) years post masters practice experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.

Education

Masters degree in social work, counseling, psychology or an equivalent Masters degree.

License, Certification, Registration

Professional Counselor License (Colorado) required at hire OR Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (Colorado) required at hire OR Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Colorado) required at hire

Additional Requirements:

National Provider Identifier (NPI) and Taxonomy Code Required at hire
Ability to function effectively in an inter-disciplinary team
Training in organizational behavior, human relations, behavioral interviewing, conflict resolution, mental health issues, managing stress and crisis situations.
Knowledge of Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine patient populations in inpatient and outpatient settings
Knowledge of the complex systems of psychiatric care and substance abuse treatment at the community and county levels
Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
Consistently demonstrates the knowledge, skills, abilities, and behaviors necessary to provide superior and culturally sensitive service to colleagues, members, customers, contracted providers, and vendors.
Working knowledge collaborating with team members and family members, accessing internal and external resources.
Working knowledge of data collection tools, databases and word processing programs.
Demonstrated customer service skills, customer focus abilities and the ability to understand Kaiser Permanente customer needs.
