Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum four (4) years of experience leading matrixed teams with or without direct reports.

Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university AND minimum eleven (11) years of experience in health care, product development and management, strategy development and execution, finance, sales and account management, marketing, consulting, benefits, program management, or a directly related field OR minimum fifteen (14) years of experience in health care, product development and management, strategy development and execution, finance, sales and account management, marketing, consulting, benefits, program management, or a directly related field.
