Basic Qualifications:

Experience

Minimum one (1) year of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) required.

Minimum of one (1) year of clinical Registered Nurse experience in an Urgent care or equivalent within the last three (3) years Or three (3) years of clinical Registered Nurse experience within the last four (4) years.

Education

Graduate of board approved RN program and completed a minimum of 750 clock hours of faculty planned clinical experience and guided learning activities which required direct supervision by faculty, associate nursing instructional personnel (ANIP) or preceptor who is physically present or immediately accessible.
High School Diploma OR General Education Diploma (GED) required.

License, Certification, Registration

Registered Nurse License (Colorado)

Basic Life Support

Additional Requirements:

Demonstrated customer service skills, customer focus abilities and the ability to understand Kaiser Permanente customer needs.

Failure of an employee to comply with requirements by the appropriate expiration date will result in the employee being removed from the schedule

Preferred Qualifications:

National Provider Identifier (NPI) and Taxonomy code at time of hire preferred and is required for some specialties.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification preferred and is required for some specialties.

Urgent Care, or Emergency Department registered nurse experience within the last three (3) years

Will travel to train and support Lone Tree, Lakewood and ACP Urgent Care Locations until Rock Creek UC is opened.

ACLS/PALS required prior to start
