Senior IT Consultant - Microsoft Dynamics 365,Product, Agile
Job Summary:
- The Sr. IT Consultant is a vital role for the Utility Systems organization. Solution designers are responsible for evaluating change requests and performing a impact analysis due to integration with multiple systems. This role will also act as technical liaison for large IT projects to elicit technical requirements and provide a solution design. Additionally, the Sr IT Consultant will provide assessments on potential future clients and projects and provide ROMs and LOEs.
- As KP is becoming more invested in the Microsoft Dynamics Online platform, a seasoned Sr. IT Consultant is needed to assist in migrating legacy apps and solutioning new apps on a SaaS platform. A Sr IT Consultant would be responsible for:
- 1. Developing requirements or leads a team of IT consultants in the development of requirements for complex or specialized process or system solutions which may span multiple business domains by partnering with stakeholders and appropriate IT teams (for example, Solutions Delivery, Infrastructure, Enterprise Architecture).
- 2. Participating in evaluating third-party vendors as directed
- 3. Recommending and advocating for additional data and/or services needed to address key business issues related to process or solutions design.
- 4. Influencing solution design by providing insight and consultation at design sessions with IT teams to help translate requirements into workable business solutions.
- 5. Providing insight and influence to senior management and business leaders on how to integrate requirements with current systems and business processes across the enterprise.
- 1. Developing requirements or leads a team of IT consultants in the development of requirements for complex or specialized process or system solutions which may span multiple business domains by partnering with stakeholders and appropriate IT teams (for example, Solutions Delivery, Infrastructure, Enterprise Architecture).
- Core responsibility will be to provide technical solutions and guidance for applications on the Microsoft Dynamics platform (on-premises and cloud)
- Health Plan Technology Services (HPTS) is responsible for the applications and systems (i.e., member website, billing, enrollment, claims processing, and call center services) that support KP’s Health Plan Functions. HPTS is accountable for delivering KP-wide technology solutions supporting all Marketing, Sales, Service and Administration (MSSA) functions.
- HPTS Member Communications, Claims & HP Interoperability (MCCHPI), is responsible delivering large programs that support KP’s claims and member contact center business users and the enterprise health plan data warehouses. MCCHPI also ensures KP is compliant with regulatory organizations.
- The Case Management, Workflow Automation and Optimization Team develops and maintains Microsoft Dynamics-based applications, including the KP Enterprise application for complaints, grievances, and appeals, as well as compliance, audit, marketing, and communications applications for Medicare.
- Minimum two (2) years experience in software or system testing across multiple IT environments.
- Minimum one (1) year software or application development experience.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, CIS or related field and Minimum eight (8) years experience in IT consulting, business analysis, or a related field. Additional equivalent work experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
- Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) or other comparable business analyst or IT consulting certification
- Three (3) years experience in large scale software implementations
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (on-prem or cloud) or Power Platform Development, Solution Design and Architecture
- Experience with SQL Server
- Experience with developing technical requirements (Use Cases) from business requirements
- Experience with Product/Agile methodologies
- Experience with any On-Premises to Cloud migration projects.
