SCPMG Chief People Officer
- Lead the development and execution of SCPMGs People strategy, ensuring alignment with clinical, operational, and cultural goals.
- Champion physician and employee engagement, wellness, and retention initiatives that support SCPMGs mission and values.
- Oversee strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, redeployments, and leadership development across the medical group.
- Drive organizational effectiveness through culture transformation, change management, and team performance strategies.
- Collaborate with physician and administrative leaders to understand strengths, gaps and needs and to develop workforce plans, competency development and learning plans, in alignment with clinical and business priorities.
- Ensure compliance with labor relations frameworks
- Effectively lead and negotiate labor agreements in alignment with labor relations strategy and in partnership with operational and legal teams.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of Physician Relations and People & Culture programs and execute continuous improvement plans based on data and feedback.
- Serve as a key advisor to the SCPMG Executive Medical Director and other senior leaders on workforce strategy and organizational development.
- Drive initiatives that promote inclusion and belonging across the organization.
- Ensure a highly effective and productive employee relations environment
- Lead organizational development efforts to enhance performance, engagement, and culture.
- Represent SCPMG in regional and national forums on workforce strategy and organizational culture.
- Foster open communication and collaboration across national, regional and medical center leadership.
- Minimum ten (10) years of progressive leadership experience in a large, complex healthcare or similar organization.
- Masters degree from accredited college or university
- Bachelors degree from accredited college or university

- Proven ability to develop and execute workforce and people strategies aligned with organizational mission and culture.
- Proven success in leading large-scale organizational change and workforce strategy in complex environments.
- Deep understanding of physician group dynamics, healthcare delivery models and regulatory frameworks
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and strategic thinking skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws, proficiency with HR technology, and strong soft skills like emotional intelligence and change management.
- Strong background in human resources management, including:
- o Talent acquisition and workforce planning
- o Leadership development and succession planning
- o Employee engagement and talent development
- o Labor relations and Compliance
- Strategic thinker with a systems-level approach to problem solving and decision-making.
- Experience representing organizational priorities in regional and national forums.
- Ability to deliver measurable outcomes in engagement, retention, and leadership capability.
- Knowledge of labor-management partnership principles.
- Experience working within integrated care delivery systems or medical groups.
- Familiarity with SCPMGs mission, values, and physician-led governance model.
- Familiarity with union environments and labor-management partnership models.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to align workforce strategies with business objectives.
- Support labor and physician workforce needs to ensure successful implementation of operational programs, while upholding business imperatives of quality, access, service, and finance.
- Ability to influence and build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Track record of innovation in workforce planning and talent management.
- Masters degree in human resources management, Health Administration, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Nursing, or related fields.
