Job Summary:

This position will engage and collaborate across IT and business areas to ensure all technologies integrating with platforms are consistent with mutually agreed upon technology currency standards and design principles. This role will lead the evaluation and introduction of new technologies, providing handoff to the appropriate service tower, and will drive remediation of product issues with internal technical partners and external vendor partners. The incumbent will also be responsible for all Affiliate setup technology tasks, including onboarding, contract optimization, and implementation of enterprise tools or suites. Additionally, this role will focus on VBP-specific AI solutions for Affiliates and work across all current AI councils.


Essential Responsibilities:

Corporate IT Services

  • Develop and drive a comprehensive architectural strategy and roadmap for End User Services platforms, encompassing email, endpoint, network, and collaboration technologies. Ensure alignment with enterprise standards through detailed multi-year roadmaps created in consultation with enterprise stakeholders.
  • Oversee the design and engineering of endpoint devices.
  • Manage and influencing the direct application and patch packaging, engineering, and release management, validated through rigorous QA processes in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Manage application rationalization and automation, for example, Workday.
  • Partner with KP organizations to roll out Active Directory and identity management architecture and integration standards to maintain accurate user profiles across multiple platforms.
  • Advocate innovative solutions to address complex challenges and drive the organization-s progressive evolution.
  • Serve as the primary IT technical leader for merger & acquisition activities.
  • Ensure effective prioritization and allocation of resources for projects and programs, including rebalancing resources when necessary.

AI

  • Staying current on industry best practices and innovative approaches related to emerging technology solutions across the Affiliate Services journey.
  • Understanding and collaborating with all stakeholders involved in innovation and emerging technology work across KP, including Affiliate Services teams, the KP enterprise-wide Gen AI councils, partners, vendors, etc. For example, this may include teams focus on artificial intelligence, automation, and machine learning.
  • Engaging with KP leadership and enterprise-wide Gen AI councils to ensure Affiliate Services- emerging technology strategies and visions are aligned with broader organizational strategies.
  • Guide, propose, and build AI solutions to support VBP and Affiliate Services organizations.
  • Collaborating with Affiliate Services teams to develop relationships with key leaders in each market and partner with them to understand and support their strategic initiatives, business priorities, and program delivery related to new, emerging, and advanced technologies.
  • Defining the overarching goals, vision, and principles that will guide new AI solutions and advanced technology education.
  • Responsible for defining, designing, and building the Affiliate Data Platform.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience

  • Minimum of three (3) years of executive level experience and leadership experience in IT, budget management combined with current knowledge of technology and trends in a product management or relevant experience.
  • Minimum of three (3) years- hands on experience specifically in AI or Automation technology.
Education

  • Bachelor-s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field required

Additional Requirements:

  • Experience in working in or with clinical operations on technology related efforts; previous experience in digital technologies.
  • Demonstrated vendor management capabilities and experience with contracting, performance management and delivery.
  • Understanding and collaborating with all stakeholders involved in innovation and emerging technology work across KP and the ability to translate technology to the business.
  • Track record of delivering value to an organization. Includes the identification and articulation of problems, influencing decision-making process as well as delivery of expected results.
  • A proven solutions leader who leads by example through strong personal leadership and conviction, possesses consensus building skills and a true team orientation, and displays impeccable interpersonal skills. A strong team player who is willing to partner and engage with the business leadership to deliver substantive, value-add to the operations.
  • Demonstrated business acumen, knowledge of business case development, financial management, strategic planning, and program management skills.

  • Master-s degree preferred.
