Data Management and Entry Analyst II

- Supports overall data process and maintenance by: assisting with data organization and entering of data; reviewing accuracy of information as assigned; and responding to standard and routine requests for data within the team.
- Contributes to data abstraction by: capturing standard and routine administrative and clinical data elements, such as patient data; reviewing standard and routine medical records to identify the data required for secondary use; updating content based on regulatory requirements with the team or as directed (e.g., metric changes); contributing to information from electronic health records and uploading for use and reduction of abstraction needs; and transferring data as needed in collaboration with the team.
- Supports or leverages data processing by: performing data adjustments for specific data; conducting routine data uploads; maintaining records of verified adjustments for specified data; and reconciling common discrepancies in data and escalating issues to a team member as needed.
