Basic Qualifications:

Experience

Minimum three (3) years of clinical pharmacy experience in multidisciplinary team environment or completion of a one year residency.

Education

License, Certification, Registration

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (including presentations)
Experience in educating physicians and other members of the care team
Strong medication evaluation skills and ability to apply knowledge to patient care
Strong time-management skills, ability to prioritize workload, and optimize efficiency
Ability to problem solve and innovate
Work effectively in team-based environment
Critical analysis skills - able to evaluate data, interpret findings, and clearly communicate observations/recommendations to target audience (e.g., physicians, nurses, patients, leadership)
Excellent customer service skills and patient-centered orientation
Strong leadership skills and ability to lead/influence teams
Up-to-date knowledge of pharmacotherapy
Fluent with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Able to seek out additional tools and resources as needed.
Must have excellent customer service skills.
Experienced clinical leader in working with interdisciplinary teams.
Must have strong medication evaluation skills and ability to apply to patient care.

Preferred Qualifications:

Clinical pharmacy experience in the ambulatory care / clinic setting.
Doctorate degree in pharmacy.
Completion of PGY1 and/or PGY2 residencies OR equivalent professional experience.
