Description:
Job Summary:
Under immediate supervision, performs basic clerical duties in accordance with established guidelines and procedures while gaining exposure to various health care careers and department functions throughout the organization, depending on interns role.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Interns at Kaiser Permanente will have the opportunity to actively contribute to a dynamic healthcare industry.
- Responsibilities may include conducting research and analyzing industry trends, collaborating on departmental projects, and providing crucial support in project planning and execution.
- Interns responsibilities may also include preparing reports, ensuring accurate documentation, effective communication within cross-functional teams, and other duties as assigned.

Education
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university program with a minimum of 2.7 GPA.
- High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required.
License, Certification, Registration

Additional Requirements:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Proficient with a variety of software applications.
- Must be able to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior office experience desirable.

Pay Range: $18.31 - $23.69 / hour
