Description:
Job Summary:

Provides detailed reviews of account documentation including new products, benefits offerings, or pricing models with comprehensive instructions. Works with cross-team peers to prepare communications for local enrollment. Supports team communications with brokers, channels, and customers to demonstrate value and build commitment. Completes assigned tasks to assist with sales plan design, quote, and Request for Proposal (RFP). Contributes to a positive customer experience by supporting the communications within teams, as well as providing information to customers directly. Supports and assists with entry of performance data to inform account strategy and identify and escalate potential issues. Assists in gathering information on service failure trends to better serve customers and fulfill KP mission.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Works with others within work team to obtain and share basic information. Listens and addresses performance feedback; provides feedback to team members. Learns new relevant knowledge and skills; acknowledges strengths and weaknesses based on career goals and takes action to leverage / improve them. Adapts to change, challenges, and feedback with moderate guidance. Responds to the needs of others to support completion of routine work tasks.

  • Follows detailed, daily instructions to complete routine tasks with moderate supervision. Collaborates with others within ones team to address routine and some non-routine task issues; communicates status and escalates more complex issues. Adheres to established priorities, deadlines, and expectations. Identifies and speaks up for improvement opportunities within ones team.

  • Supports a positive customer experience by: following broad guidance to support communications between team members, brokers, channels, and customers to demonstrate value and build commitment; working within team to meet customer needs in accordance with KP mission, vision and values, key quality measures, key care management initiatives, and current services initiatives; utilizing basic knowledge of product, service, and ratings to provide information customers, brokers, and consultants about added services and product enhancements with a moderate degree of supervision; and assisting the team to gather detailed information on service failure trends or process improvement opportunities to better meet customer needs.

  • Supports the enrollment and implementation process by: preparing communication materials for use at local enrollment meetings with a moderate degree of supervision; following broad guidance to support communications between customers and team members during the membership enrollment and implementation process; and working within team to support the overall implementation or renewal process of health plan membership, including assisting with research, presentation, preparation, reporting and training coordination.
Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent AND minimum one (1) year of experience working in a corporate or business office environment OR minimum two (2) years of experience working in a corporate or business office environment.
